South Africa – based Oppenheimer Partners Limited has bought a 37.5 percent shares in GZ Industries Ltd; – a leading can manufacturing company with factories in Nigeria and South Africa.
The acquisition, it was learned, will enable Oppenheimer to transform and drive GZI’s expansion in sub-Saharan Africa.
Currently, GZI boasts an annual production of 3 billion aluminium cans within the African market.
