The new leadership of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce (NACC) led by Sheriff Balogun , promised to strengthen Nigeria-US trade relations and surpass $10 billion in trade volume over the next few years
Sheriff Balogun gave the assurance during the NACC 65th anniversary celebration and inauguration of its 20th president at a grand ceremony held in Lagos.
In his inaugural address, the President said that despite the ongoing challenges in international trade, he would boost trade between both countries and open up new opportunities for Nigerian businesses and entrepreneurs.
His leadership team comprising his deputy president, vice president, treasurer and deputy treasurer was also unveiled, setting the stage for a new era of growth and collaboration.
He added that for 65 years, the chamber has been instrumental in promoting trade, investment, and collaboration, connecting Nigerian entrepreneurs with their American counterparts.
