On the 23rd of April 2025, the leadership of The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) led by the President and Chairman of Council, Mr Gabriel Idahosa, paid a courtesy visit to Deloitte Nigeria, one of the world’s leading professional services firms and a valued member of LCCI.
The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established to promote and support the interests of the business community in Lagos and Nigeria as a whole.
Deloitte’s reputation for excellence in audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services positions it as an ideal partner for the LCCI in achieving these objectives.
During the visit, the LCCI delegation was warmly received by the Deloitte team led by Yomi Olugbenro, Partner & West Africa Tax Leader.
The discussions commenced with Yomi giving a brief overview of the Organization’s wide range of services across multiple sectors while emphasizing the importance of strategic partnerships in navigating the ever-changing business landscape.
In his response, the LCCI President explained that the primary purpose of the courtesy visit was to explore avenues for collaboration, and open dialogue between the two organizations, where ideas could be exchanged, and potential partnerships could be discussed as well as to gain insights into Deloitte’s methodologies, tools, and resources that can benefit LCCI’s members.
