Nigeria Manufacturing Equipment / Raw Materials ( NME/ NIRAM) Expo kicked off today in Lagos.
The 3-day exhibitions, themed ‘ Sustainable Manufacturing Through Edge Equipment and Technology’, are ongoing at the Balmora Hall of the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island.
Chief Uche Geoffrey Nnaji, Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, is welcomed by Otunba Francis Meshioye, the President of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) ,and Prof Nnaleyugo Martin Ike-Muonso, Director-General of the Raw Materials Research and Development Council, RMRDC.
The opening session of the EXPO was officially declared open by the Honourable Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Chief Uche Geoffrey Nnaji.
The opening ceremony was graced by a distinguished lineup of dignitaries, including His Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos State, who was represented by the Honourable Commissioner for Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade & Investment, Mrs. Folashade Ambrose-Medebem.
Also in attendance were Dr. Ayotunde Coker, Chief Executive Officer of Open Access Data Centres, who was the keynote speaker.
The exhibition continues over the next two days, featuring sessions that spotlight cutting-edge technology and transformative solutions.
