Innoson Vehicles Manufacturing Launches Pan-African Prestige Club

The Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing (IVM), Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma, announced the launch of the Innoson Pan-African Prestige Club, during the Opening Ceremony of the 2026 First Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS Parliament, held in Abuja.

Dr Chukwuma emphasised that the Innoson Pan-African Prestige Club is aimed at bringing together partners and stakeholders to advance African innovation and industrialisation.

He reaffirmed the Group’s commitment to supporting industrial growth, job creation, and reducing reliance on imports through indigenous production across the continent.

He emphasized the importance of collaboration in building sustainable industries that will drive economic development and improve living standards across the region.

He also highlighted IVM’s focus on innovation, skills development, and youth empowerment as key pillars of its long-term vision.

The Chairman reiterated his commitment to advancing indigenous industrial capacity across Africa, noting its evolving role beyond automobile manufacturing into broader industrial solutions that contribute to self-reliance and economic transformation.

He extended an invitation to the Honourable Speaker and distinguished Members of the ECOWAS Parliament to visit IVM’s headquarters in Nnewi, Anambra State, offering an opportunity to experience firsthand its manufacturing capabilities and contributions to industrial development in Africa.

In recognition of his contributions to innovation and industrial development, the Chairman of IVM, Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma, was honoured with an award presented by the Speaker of the ECOWAS Parliament in acknowledgment of his outstanding role in advancing industrialisation within the region.
