The Bauchi State Coordinating Office of the Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC) has urged Yankari Meat Limited, an agro-processing company within the livestock and meat processing value chain, to showcase their products at the 2nd African Raw Materials Summit 2026 scheduled to hold in Abuja.
The RMRDC Bauchi team, led by the State Coordinator, Mr. Turaki Wambai emphasised the need during a courtesy visit to the management of the company.
Mr Wambai urges the company to participate in the continental summit, describing the event as more than a routine gathering.
” It represents a strategic platform for industrial growth, investment promotion, and regional economic integration across Africa; participation in the summit would provide Yankari Meat Limited with the opportunity to showcase its products and innovations, connect with investors and industrial stakeholders, and explore partnerships in modern processing technologies and market expansion initiatives,” he said.
Responding on behalf of the company, the Manager of Yankari Meat Limited, Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed Doji, expressed appreciation to the Council for the invitation and acknowledged the relevance of the summit to the company’s long-term operational objectives.
Mr. Doji added that the company has shown strong interest in participating in the summit, subject to internal consultations and the completion of necessary arrangements.
