Asaba Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ASACCIMA) has elected a new executive for the chamber headed by a former member of the Delta State House of Assembly anAsd one-time Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Chief Chinwe Monu-Oduah, as President of the chamber.
She took over from the immediate past president of Asaccima, , Chief Anthony Idigbe.
Mr Isioma Okolie, was elected 1st Deputy President and Mr Osaro Obusomwan, of Netwest Steel Company, 2nd Deputy President.
The other elected officers of the chamber are Dennis Nwenonye, 1st Vice President; Ezeaka Ann, 2nd Vice President; Chief Anthony Ifebuilo, Treasurer; Chukwurah Peter, Financial Secretary; Tessy Chidimma, Public Relations Officer;
Ex-Officio member and Mrs Julie Panama, Director-General.
In her acceptance speech during the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday,, Chief Chinwe Monu-Oduah thanked members of the chamber for the honour and confidence reposed in the new executive.
