UAC of Nigeria PLC has announced its agreement to acquire Chivita|Hollandia (CHI Limited) from The Coca-Cola Company, subject to regulatory approval.Chivita|Hollandia is a key player in Nigeria’s food and beverage industry, known for its diverse portfolio, including dairy products, juices, and snacks, under the renowned Hollandia and Chivita brands.
