The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), has rated industrialtimesngr.com as the best online platform for the reportage of industrial sector of the economy, and indeed, the association’s advocacy efforts in 2023.
Apart from the Newspapers, Radios, Television, and photo journalism categories, about fifteen online news organisations keenly vied for the awards, in which Meshioye said that the independent review committee that reviewed the 2023 media entries, picked Industrial Times as the winner of the online category .
Otunba Francis Meshioye, presented the awards to the winners of the different award categories , today, during the 8th edition of the MAN Reporter of the Year Award and the 2024 Presidential Media Luncheon, held at the MAN Head Office in Lagos.
For the Newspapers category, Punch Newspaper’s Edidiong Ikpoto, won in the category, followed by the New Telegraph’s Taiwo Hassan.
Opeyemi Bashorun of TVC360, won the Television category , while the Radio category is won by Ebele Obidike of Radio Nigeria; Akeem Salau of the Vanguard Newspaper, won the photojournalist category.
In a congratulatory handshakes with the Editor of Industrial Times , Meshioye said:” This award is in acknowledgement of your in – depth reportage of the activities of the association and manufacturing sector in general.”
